Punch a row of 6 perfectly aligned slots which can be repeated to create borders of any length. Slots measure 1/8” wide by 3/16” tall with a 1/8” space between. After punching your paper, weave thin ribbon, yarn, decorative fibers, and any other string embellishments you desire, through the punched border to create wonderful 3-D effects.
