This specially shaped needle is made to industrial quality standards, and is designed for elastics and tightly woven knits. Needle has a light ball tip and a bulged eye that opens a slightly larger space in the material. The thin blade above the eye reduces needle heat build-up, preventing skip stitches or needle holes in the fabric. Fits most home machines that accept flat shank needles. Sizes 11 or 14.
