Scallops, Waves and Weaves Ruler

This ruler will help you create fleece projects without ever sewing a stitch and you will find it very useful for sewing projects as well. Use it with a rotary cutter and mat to create wavy or scalloped edges. For easy 2-layer blankets, ponchos, etc. just cut the weaving slits in the top and bottom layers of fleece and weave them together with ribbon.
