The embroidery designs include the seam allowance for the pattern piece, plus a cutting line. You can create embroidered yokes, sleeves, collars, and pockets, all in a 5˝ x 7˝ hooped area. The only pattern pieces you need to print out on paper are the skirt and long and short puffed sleeves (all too big to fit the hoop), plus the instructions.
